Christian came out to check my oil levels and spent time listening to a sound I was hearing coming from the engine. He was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgable, and a great listener addressing my concerns and making me feel better about driving on the road. He had flexibility with making an appointment as well to further address any issues.
